INDIVIDUAL SESSION AND SERVICE PRICING
Initial New Client Appointment - 90 minutes - In person or virtual meeting (video conference), $250
During this session, we will review your detailed health history, concerns, and goals.  After the appointment, I will use this information, along with a 7-day food journal that I will ask you to complete, to create your personalized holistic nutrition recommendations.  Nutrition recommendations include practical dietary and supplement suggestions as well as lifestyle changes to address your personal health concerns and goals. 

First Follow-up Appointment - 60 minutes - In person or virtual meeting, $100
We will review your 7-day food journal and your personalized holistic nutrition recommendations.

Additional Follow-Up Sessions - 30 minutes - In person or virtual meeting, $50
Generally 1-2 additional follow-up sessions are recommended to discuss how you are feeling, make any adjustments to your recommendations, and answer any questions you have. 

Delayed Food Allergy Testing - $450
Although we believe food is medicine, not all "healthy" food is good for all bodies.  Delayed food allergy testing screens up to 184 foods to show you what foods may be contributing to symptoms you are experiencing.  Testing includes test kit, lab analysis, and results report.  Results report includes a comprehensive overview of your delayed food allergies and suggestions for alternative foods to include in your diet, reviewed with you during a 45-minute in person or virtual meeting. 

PACKAGE PRICING
Starter Package - $405 (10% savings over individual sessions)
Includes Initial New Client Appointment, First Follow-up Appointment, and 2 Follow-Up Sessions.  Paid either in full at Initial Appointment or in two installments.

Starter Package Plus Delayed Food Allergy Testing - $830
Includes all visits in the Starter Package plus Delayed Food Allergy Testing.  Testing results are incorporated into your holistic nutrition recommendations.  Paid either in full at the Initial Appointment or in up to four installments.
